Code 171 and 174 is it safe to drive?

my van is running rough on and off,codes came up running lean,looked into it and ford has a bulletin stating it basically in the intake manifold bolts and seals. Am leaving to drive to Florida with this van do i need to worry about it dying on the way,or is periodic rough driving all it will do. Thanks
