Jews, does anyone know how?

How do I properly be Jewish. I cannot hold Friday and Saturday as completely holy because I work then. I keep to commandments well and good, but I might violate some of the 613 commandments. I just feel so frustrated? Any one else have this issue? I love religion and tradition but cannot seem to make this all work in my life. I guess I could make it to Saturday morning services at our town's conservative temple, but I am more reformed. hmmmm?
