Do you think that "reformed" criminals should have the same employment opportunities as everyone else...explai?

How can one tell if a person is really 'reformed'? These guys are actually pretty sly folks, as I used to work with some of them in the CETA Federal Program out of Jefferson City, in one of the minimum security units, I got to know some sly ones. I kept getting too nervous being locked in with tough guys while being the only one unarmed, so to speak (they kept making 'shanks' out of files in the shops area), so I finally resigned. Shank is a knife made by hand, for the uninformed. Good luck.
