Does healthy food still make you gain weight?

Weight gain/loss has to do with calories in calories out. Chicken is healthy. But if I had 20 pounds of chicken every day I would gain weight. Sure maybe the foods you are eating are very healthy but make sure you count the calories in them. Even vegetarian dishes can carry a lot of fat or unnecessary calories. Good for you about the salt though.(: I hope this helps.
