Graphics Cards and PC Gaming?

Would a SAPPHIRE 100291DDR3L Radeon HD 5450 512MB 64-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Low Profile Ready Video Card be good for games like All Points Bulletin (APB), WoW, or something simple like Minecraft without any lag? I have a NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GS right now and I lag like crazy in APB and the smallest amount of lag with Minecraft. And with WoW, the highest settings i can put are below normal.
