Help with School election?

I am running for a spot in my school's Student Association, for the position of4 PR Secretary. The job entails decorating the school bulletin boards and informing the student body of upcoming events. I have to give a campaign speech... Tomorrow. I am unsure of what to include in my speech, because words don't come easy to me. What are ways to make my speech creative and stand out from the other candidates? Thanks!
