You only had an applesauce and a fruit bar today? that's only 250 calories total... that's super low for a girl your age. I do believe you're under eating. Even if you have dinner and you're granola thin you'll only be at like 600-800 calories unless you have a double portion sizes. To eat healthy you should be trying to eat balanced meals. Trying to incorporate the food pyramid and recommended amounts for your age group. I attached a link that has recommendations for your age, using the info you provided.
