Is olive oil bad to have everyday?

No, as long as you count it as part of your daily calorie intake. Just remember 1 tbsp of olive oil has approx 135 calories and 15g of fat. It's an excellent source of omega 9, but you'll also need the nuts and fish to provide omega 3 & 6. You should aim to get about 50-70g of fat per day.
