Since when did making guacamole take 25 minutes? I make it in a few minutes. Just take two good size ripe avocados (make sure they are really ripe) and cut them in half. Remove the pit, spoon the avocado into a mixing bowl, and smash. I like mine a little chunky. Sprinkle with garlic salt and mix. Add two tablespoons pre-made salsa verde (the green one and store bought is fine), add the juice of two limes and stir. Sure it might taste better a little chilled, but his will do!
