How or who do i have to speak to to correct a hazardous problem at my work well right in my office?

I work at a little hotel and my office looks like a ice-cream parlor very small 10X10 if not smaller. The roof of my office has become a problem for a while now it has been repaired more the 5 times and it still leaks and black mold has been showing up almost every where. It has got to a point where I wanted to paint and requested to my manager if I could, he gave me the green. In the lunchroom at work, there's a bulletin board to post ads on. We've never had to have ads approved. I hung up an ad for my scooter and my truck giving my phone number and saying people could come to the warehouse, where I work, to see me. At least half the people at work know me, so it's no problem to find me. Well, someone took my ad down. I thought, OK, maybe someone wanted one or the other and took the whole ad for my number. No calls on either, though. My second ad requested that they leave it up unless they bought both vehicles. I sold the truck and crossed it out of the ad. Then the ad disappeared. My third ad told people to grow a spine and come see me in person and leave my ad alone. Someone else's ad for a TV is never bothered. It's a UAW factory, and as far as I know, no UAW members have anything against me. My only real enemies are a couple of douchebag group leaders (management) who still tried to act buddy-buddy with me, probably just to put on a good show. Whoever it was, can it be considered harassment? That board is free for anybody to use. Except me.

My husband, like many others, was given the 10 year bar back to Mexico in 2006?

He has been there for 5 years. We have been married for 7 years. He was here illegally but wanted to do the right thing. He paid a fine and we filed the I-130 Petition ... all done through an attorney. He had an ITIN#, filed his income taxes, gave to the community, we're married and all my family lives here. Some are in bad health and can't travel to see him. He does not have any problems... no criminal records, etc. in either country. Since he was returned, I had surgery, lost my job, had a break in and assault, and lost our home to a short sale and had to sell whatever to survive. The US Embassy does not see my life as a hardship and won't give us permission to file the waivers. How will the "Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act 2011" effect those who have been given the 3 or 10 year bars. Shouldn't they be given the opportunity to return before we give amnesty to those who are here illegally and who had no intention to ever step forward and apply for residency in the U.S.? I feel President Obama should consider all of these folks before moving forward. It only seems fair to do it this way. I would love to be able to pack up and just live in Mexico but considering that I'm over 50 and have been through 5 years of losing everything, I feel I must stay here and do my best to build some type of retirement for us when he gets to return in 2016. It's tough when your lives are passing fast and we can be together to enjoy our younger years. I am not financially equipped to travel to Mexico often as it is. If there are year-round schools in your area, I highly recommend requesting to job shadow at the elementary and high school levels. You could also potentially try to job-shadow or volunteer at a day camp, etc. The only way you will be able to decide is by exposing yourself to your options.

I've been having tonsil stones for the past several years. About 3rd grade to now, which I am going into 10th grade after this summer. I get them quite frequently. Because there are far fewer libertarians than there are christian conservatives. I do feel your pain though. Although I'm a democrat, I always have the best conversations about politics and economics with libertarians. The company I work for just updated their policy to include drug testing of all newly hired employees and random drug testing among current employees. Prior to this there hasn't been a policy regarding drug testing of employees. They did not officially make aware to us that this was going to happen and we were only unofficially notified via a piece a paper on a bulletin board written by a boss of low stature in the company. Everywhere else I worked when a company made a major change to their policy such as this they had to officially notify us by calling us together to go over, read, and sign that we understand the new change. Since when did making guacamole take 25 minutes? I make it in a few minutes. Just take two good size ripe avocados (make sure they are really ripe) and cut them in half. Remove the pit, spoon the avocado into a mixing bowl, and smash. I like mine a little chunky. Sprinkle with garlic salt and mix. Add two tablespoons pre-made salsa verde (the green one and store bought is fine), add the juice of two limes and stir. Sure it might taste better a little chilled, but his will do!

Blisters after cutting grass?

Every time I cut a lot of grass, maybe when the grass has gotten taller than I would normally let it, I break out in blisters wherever the grass "splatter" has contacted my skin. But not immediately, it always takes about 2 days for them to form, they start off as just red marks, not raised or itchy or painful, just red marks, then they turn to blisters. Not huge blisters, but blisters none the less. They are filled with a clear liquid and are very easy to burst, they're not painful or particularly itchy and they go away after a few days. This definitely has something to do with the wet grass that splatters onto my skin from the strimmer as this is the only time this happens. If I burst one of these blisters, I can almost watch it refill! Takes maybe less than an hour to reform and be just how it was before I burst it! Bursting them does not appear to cause them to spread. Anyone else experience anything similar? Any ideas what it is?

He is probably the least sh***y option. He is intelligent and I believe he genuinely cares about people from all walks of life. However he has not really been able to deliver on some of his promises, an age-old story in politics. It may be that he is not up to the task, or that his hands have been tied by the rest of government, stopping him from doing what he really wants (you may be surprised by how little power a president actually has). When you look at the alternatives though, he is probably 10 times better. The problem is that the whole system needs a shake-up and nobody, even Obama seems capable or willing to rock the boat.

Diet and losing weight advice please?

I'm 5'5 and 120lb but I've been working out a solid month. No weight loss, but half an inch off my waist, bust, hips. Actually, it may be as much as an inch off at this point. I'm in my second month of exercise and I'm working out for longer periods of time (50min instead of 30). I have thunder thighs and want to tone this part of my body, as well as my arms and stomach. My question is, if I want to see results should I begin dieting? I pretty much eat whatever I want, but not enough to go over the daily calorie intake. So, in a way I'm maintaining my weight. But most of the time I don't eat too much, so I should lose weight anyway. Um, I know this is weird but what if I ate yoplait yogurt in the morning, yoplait yogurt and a salad for lunch and guacamole and chips for dinner? Weight gain/loss has to do with calories in calories out. Chicken is healthy. But if I had 20 pounds of chicken every day I would gain weight. Yes, Polio was the big killer in the 1950s, and it was solved with an effective vaccine. But look at the progress made in treatment of heart disease. In the 50s, heart disease was simply a killer. You brought in a heart attack patient, put them on bedrest, and they either lived or they died. Pregnancy Symptoms...? Very Confused?

I have missed two periods, and there has been allot of weird things that have been happening to me. I used to gag constantly, but it has toned down a little bit. Whenever someone talks about velveeta cheese *gag* or I smell guacamole, i start dry heaving, until i eventually throw up. Every once in a while, I'll have this ache/twinge in my lower left stomach. It's not really painful, but I know it's there. Same with headaches. Except for one time, when i felt it coming on, so i fell asleep, but it woke me up in the middle of the night and it felt like something was stabbing me in the eye. I have a job, and I've noticed that I get winded, light headed, and dizzy easily. And I can't wear any extra clothing or stay inside for to long, or else I get over heated. I went out in negative degree weather in shorts and tank top and it felt amazing. Another thing I noticed, just came up about a week ago, that my nipples are very sinsitive. My boyfriend touched them, and I fliched back because it hurt allot! And then he swore that he tasted breast milk, which I don't believe at all. My friend keeps telling me that I am, and that she knows the signs of pregnancy because she has a son. I took two home pregnancy tests, both negative, about one week after my missed period and then another a week after that... I also went to the doctors, and they made me do a piss test, when I asked them to do a blood test. They called me a few days later, and said it was negative. Is it possible that I might be pregnant, but it's to early to do tests? Or could I be getting false negatives? The doctors I went to work at Kaiser Permenente, if that makes a difference?

Whenever I eat any of these things, my stomach, within minutes, starts to burn and cramp. Its not like an, Ive got diarrhea type burn. Its like I feel like I must have an ulcer type of burn but only occurs with these or similar foods. Its gotten worse over the years. 1999 Ford Taurus 3.0 v6 DOHC 24v SE model, getting Code P0401 EGR insufficient Flow?

I have this code currently in my car. I had disconnected the air box and cleaned the throttle body out with cleaner. I also removed the EGR valve to clean the area as well. I had replaced the EGR valve and the EGR vacuum solenoid and cleared the codes. A couple of starts and driving the code comes back and the check engine light comes back on. So currently the code is on and im getting very frustrated with this and I need some advice or help. I am thinking the next step is the DPFE sensor is the next step but I don't want to spend more money if its fine. There is a Technical Service Bulletin on the EGR Valve with that Code and im not sure if Ford will at least Diagnose the problem for free. PLEASE HELP ME!

Symptoms after sinus surgery?

Hi, I just had sinus surgery to remove several polyps in my sinus passageways. My sinuses for the past three months have been swollen, dry and painful. Everything was draining back into my throat. I finally had a CT scan and my doctor recommended surgery to remove them. Tried antibiotics, steriods, etc, but the polyps would not go away. Finally had the surgery on June 16th, and it went fairly well. Almost no pain, but i did have cold like symptoms which included a stuffy and runny nose. It actually felt great to have a runny nose, something I have not had in months. Well, now it is Wednesday June 22nd, and my sinuses have swollen up and there is no mucus discharge or drainage. Very, very dry. I am using a sinus rinse in the morning and night, but I am getting concerned. Is this normal? I can still breath through my nose, but right now both sinus passageways feel exactly like they did before the surgery with the polyps. Is this swelling with no discharge normal after sinus surgery about 5 days after? Has anybody else experienced this post swollen feeling after sinus surgery? I just hope somehow polyps did not reform all of a sudden. Maybe I just need to be patient. Any personal experiences are welcome. Thanks

I was watching a movie when my mom started screaming my name. Literally screaming . She sounded furious. I went downstairs and she was screaming words and pointing at something . "you wouldn't give a s*** if your dad died would you?! You don't care about this house at all . You only care about yourself . Oh my god, I wish you were gone . I don't want you. I'm going to make sure your dad hears about this ." then she took a bath. What the heck? I love my dad! .. Well after she took a bath , she did the yell and slam thing three more times and she said " you know what ? I wasted my precious time and voice yelling at something like you. (thanks mom.)" then she called me scum. I know leaving guacamole in the closet was bad.. But it didn't stink ! And it was two years ago. All I wanted was some guacamole ! I know it was bad of me !
